This was a phased renovation of the entire third floor of the building. We had to build out a space on the 1st floor to move an existing tenant located on the 3rd floor. The scope of work consisted of new full-height double glass doors with maglock for main entry, a flat slat wall at reception, open slat wall at lounge/open office, “Waterfall” edge granite top in breakroom, and new LED 8’ linear pendant fixtures in open office.
