Project consisted of 17 floors of corridors, elevator lobbies, and common core restroom renovations. Fitness center renovation with new bathrooms and locker rooms. Main lobby renovation with amenity package (hoteling area, large conference room with break station, small meeting room, and phone room). The project took two full shifts and was completed almost entirely throughout the Braves 2021 World Series season. Construction had to be scheduled carefully around games, as the building’s parking is a designated Braves lot. C & W also worked with out-of-state architects and designers.
