Polaris is a state of the art surgical center that was constructed on the sixth floor of a medical office building. Several modifications had to be made to the building’s structural and electrical systems to accommodate the state’s requirements for surgical facilities. One of the biggest challenges of this project was installing a hydro therapy pool within the suite without disturbing the operation of the tenants underneath.
