4 M interior and exterior renovation project. Exterior scope included parking lot repairs, construction of site walls, water utilities and stormwater. Interior scope involved reconstruction for mercantile occupancy with changes to existing windows and a new entry location. Scope also called for new terrazzo flooring throughout which C&W was able to source from an out-of-state vendor for substantial cost savings to the owner.
